Payment is in full in advance, in cash (preferred), by bank transfer or creditcard / Paypal (3.5% charges added).

Unused months and deposit will be refunded if you terminate the contract early , see below 'Getting money back - pay only for what you have used'.

The contract is extended automatically (unless you cancel it before the end).
This ensures that your business address remains valid, even if you forget when the original contract ends.

If you are (going to be) VAT-registered then 21% VAT is added to the prices listed here.

Free services; Alexio will take care of everything for you.

Alexio will take care of the contract between you and Profi-Kancelár, it is a free service.

You can have your mail forwarded from Profi-Kancelar to the Alexio office, it is a free service.

Changing your contact data / mail forwarding address, upgrade / downgrade the service (at the same address), is a free service.

Only terminating the contract early costs 1000 CZK - but you will get the fee for the unused months and deposit (if you paid it) back (see below).

Getting money back - pay only for what you have used

If you decide to move to different address or stop your business, we will refund the unused months and deposit.

It works like this:

  • The notice period is 2 months (so inform 2 months before you move / stop your business),
  • Show official proof of registration at a different address or that you have deregistered your business,
  • The unused months will be recalculated according to how many complete years you have stayed,
  • In case you have paid a deposit, then also this deposit will be refunded.
  • A termination fee of CZK 1.000 is charged for ending the contract prematurely.

Example: You have paid for 3 years Profi-Sídlo in Prague 2 (36 * 650 CZK = 23.400 CZK), but you give notice 2 months before moving to a different address, and stay only 1 year and 3 months.
You will be charged 15 * 910 CZK (1 complete year + 3 months) = 13.650 CZK + 1000 CZK termination fee, so you will get 23.400 - 13.650 - 1.000 = 8.750 CZK back.

No additional costs for first registrations / costs of changing from an old address

When forming an s.r.o. or registering a živnostenský list right from the start at Profi-Kancelar there are no additional costs for registering at that address.

In case your company is already registered somewhere else and you want to change to Profi-Kancelár there are costs for making registration changes at the authorities (trade license register, commercial court, tax office, social office, health insurance etc). This we are not able to do for free, since this is a lot of work (there is no central address register in Czech Republic). Ask for an offer.
