About Alexio.cz Expat Services, a message form the owner:

It can be challenging for a foreigner to comply to the requirements of the czech authorities.
I have experience first-hand, because I'm not Czech, so when I started my first firm in Prague many years ago I was amazed how much more complicated it was then in any other country I have been doing business in.

Over time I noticed that virtually every foreigner is facing the same hurdles.
According to me, the key problem is that it takes a foreigner to understand a foreigner.
Apart from the language (speaking English doesn't automatically mean: understanding English),
even a bigger barrier is often a foreigner's concept of what is logical and right vs. 'the czech way'.

Another source of confusion is the often-changing rules and regulations, causing information on the Internet often to be outdated and / or incomplete. For this reason we created the Info-sections on Alexio.cz.
Here you can find valuable information about relocating to and doing business in Czech Republic.
We regularly add information, and our aim is to keep at least 95% of the information up-to-date.

We very well recognize the typical issues non-Czechs run in to, and I am confident the Alexio.cz team is able circumvent most of them, not only because of our experience with the Czech bureaucracy, but -even more important- we know whom to contact on which úrad if we need something done quickly.

Why Alexio.cz offer other services besides accounting

Alexio's core business is accounting, but over the years we added services because clients come to us with all kinds of problems and it is often more difficult (expensive) to fix the problem than to prevent it from the start.

The type of business you own, what kind of visa / residence permit and health insurance you have, it all has an impact on your residence in Czech Republic. Good planning is really half the job and will save you money.

We by no means require you to take other services than accounting, that is up to you. It's a free world.

The core team of our company has been in accounting and tax advice for more than 15 years, serving both czech and foreign clients, from people on živnostenský list to large enterprises. After the launch of Alexio.cz, the ratio of foreign businesses has sharply increased, and currently 90% of our clients is a foreigner.
